Tourist Stuff - The Korean War Musuem Part 1

A few weekends back I wondered through the Korean War Museum. Just the outside exibits due to time constraints. This place is near the American Military base and is massive. No cheaping out here that's for sure. I will provide a link with pictures because there was just so many planes (including the famous B-52), tanks, jeeps, ground to air missiles, helicopters etc.

This is the entrance to the Korean War Museum

Two girls in traditional Hanbok outfits having their picture taken in front of this large tank - kind of strange image. Apparently you can have your wedding at the War Museum - and for that matter in a subway station nearby. One of those Korean headscratchers.

They let you drive tanks in Korea - Whooo hoooo!! Cut me off will ya!

This is the result of the Korean war - not listed is the 170,585 South Koreans killed during the war. No numbers listed for North Koreans.

Well I will update later - cheers for now everyone.

Richard.
